Yup my name is Unclemike and I am about to not only accomplish a goal but hopefully turn this into
a nice inspirational and guide for everyone who reads it.
First let me thank Blackhatworld and my loyal friends here who I have learned so much from!
Background Information
So...I have already successfully ventured into IM and do it full time now. I do not have to worry about some 9-5 job. Mainly I deal in tangible items and as some of you may know have had some great luck with starting out in eBay. Currently I live comfortably and do not have to worry about tomorrow financially from my current business ventures.
However I am not done and happy just living internationally and enjoying a passive income. I want to grow a decent empire online and keep expanding penetrating every piece of bandwidth.
So with the motto of "If you are not growing you are dying"
Lets Start!
Let me tell you I am not keen on SEO and will not be using this in my method here nor anywhere throughout this Journal. If anything happens in the serps it will be from a natural basis. I am going to be utilizing PPC and PPV mainly.
Also I want to stress I will not be sharing exactly my method so it will not become saturated.
I have great respect for the guys on here who make SEO work! It just is not for me right now.
IN 300 DAYS I WILL IN FACT HAVE OVER A HALF A MILLION
I am using some of the stock piles of investment capital I made over time with eBay/IM and still do to launch this.
PHASE 1
Today is the first day. Right now I am working on launching my eCommerce website. Most people think this is simple. All you have to do is use Zencart or some WordPress plug in and you are ready to sell. If you think this then think again!
To have a successful eCommerce business you need to think about every detail from how a product picture looks to item description. Allot of those cheap themes do not convert to well neither.
What CMS are you using Unclemike?
WordPress
Why did I choose WordPress? Because it is quick, simple and cheap! Plus I can customize it a million different ways.
So for right now I have a domain name I bought that yes is a ".com"
For a trust-able brand I personally think a ".com" is necessary to give my customers a professional experience.
So for right now my website is up. WordPress is installed and I have some ideas for eCommerce plug ins and themes.
Tomorrow if I find time from my other ventures I will update the status of this Journal with what Payment gateway I am using and some of the plug ins I am considering.
Looking forward to a long and successful Journey
