Amazon ASIN fetch tool

Hello!
I have a need to fetch much ASINs from my competitor seller page and need the tool which can do this work.
My competitors have tens of thousands of Items. So, the tool must fetch these much ASINs speedily and easily.
I do not need any other data from Amazon. I only need ASINs. Necessay feature is:
When I input any Amazon Seller's item pages, then, the tool must fetch all of his items' ASINs and
after the work finished, this ASINs data must be downloaded with text or csv.

Software must have reliable work and programmer should have responsibility till it works well.
Tool must work at Windows XP, 7 environment. I have $100 budget.
If any person can provide me this tool, it is very helpful for me.

Nick, I tried your tool on a few different competitors and brands, but it gets stuck at 2 pages and 21 total results. Thoughts?
