Bulgers gone? Placed 3 orders for one of his BST all of which are 6 days overdue and no response from the man himself after multiple pms. Dont know whether to wait it out or get in contact with moderators/paypal. Asking here because someone may have some contact with the guy!

The BHW rules state you must wait 2 weeks and then you can Shit List the vendor if no solution works out. Then I recommend you file a dispute with PayPal to get your money back. Just don't wait longer than 30 days or so. However, do allow a reasonable time frame to hear back from the Vendor.
Be sure to PM 1 Mod and be patient about a response as they handle many PMs. If you don't hear from in a Mod wait a week and try another Mod, it's possible your PM was overlooked or deleted. Overall, treat Mods w/ respect and it'll be returned.

This above. Highlighted an important part. I never win PP disputes any ways so I just gave up with them.
The mods will take it seriously too. One of the vendors here scammed me out of $300 and he got perma banned.
Thank you for your kind support and also your advice, i will stick to what you said and act appropriately, i understand how frustration could inflame the situation, but with a clearer head il take all the logical steps to ensure i get my money back.
