How much pages are worth today ?

Please don't give me the usual " it's worth as much as someone is willing to pay" BS.
Say a general entertainment page with 200,000 likes with the following insights:
75%- US
15%- Australia
5%- Canada
3%- UK
2%- Others.
A highly active page where every new post gets 5k+ likes and xxx-x,xxx comments.
What would such page be worth ?

No, I am too busy with my IM at the moment, money is better and a lot less work. Just saying, if you have not noticed, there is no going rate on a Facebook page. Someone may come along and offer you $500 and then when you have sold it, someone says I would have bought it for $1,500.

That page should cost around 300-500$
And trust me, it's a good investment if you know how to use the page. I did that, and got my money back within a week or two, with AdSense.

My page has double the less likes, and brings me around 15k to 25k visitors per day. you just have to keep it active, and that's all.

As for the comedian guys, I suggest them not posting stupid things, if they don't have anything to say related to the topic. I think there should be a forum rule for that, protecting the post-count number from stupid comments

So sorry I will try not do it again, but like I said, unless you are too simple to understand, a Facebook page does not have one value. Funny enough, believe it or not, it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If you do not understand that, you are obviously a little simple. As for your answer, who would honestly sell something for a price which they could make within a week on what they were selling?

Take your page, Find a way to earn from it, Multiply monthly total by 3 ~ 6 and add 10% of the final value to it.

Generally the market rate is $2 - $3 per k. You can get them much cheaper if you know where to look.

It depends on where you are selling the pages. The best thing is to learn a bit about your target market, wherever you decide to sell.

For example, if your selling it on a webmaster forum, the buyer will be aware of its value for marketing and they would be willing to pay anything from $1-5 per 1000 likes, depending on insights.

But if your selling it on facebook to some random person, the chances are they will be buying it to promote some black ops video of themselves on youtube or some other teenager crap. So they wont know of its financial value, nor will they give a shit about insights. To those type people, you would be lucky to get anything over $0.25-0.50 per 1000

I have bought this page 1 and half years ago with an motive to earn something. But didnt make out anything. Though i was less serious about it

It's not about Numbers, it's about where the Likes come from, the age of the people liking the page (meaning they can buy something online) and it is about you knowing how to monetize the page. Majority of people talking crap on this thread are people not knowing how to get the money out of 200K people.
So there is a guy who said that he sold his 242K for $175. Something is telling me that your page was liked buy people from countries like Egypt, Syria. Hungary etc...
If you have 242K Likes from USA (and at least 75% being over 18) you can earn $175 each month without doing anything special.
