Both of them come with a free trial, why don't you do your own homework and try them both?

Just FYI, Licorne is a very new software and is not out of Beta yet.
Ultimate Demon, GSA Search Engine Ranker and Scrapebox are also worth considering.

I would check out GSA. Hear that thing is blowing others out the water. Whatever you choose, have fun. 
No Hands SEO is for blog commenting. That's its only purpose (and the WHOIS stuff). You say "all it did was build blog comment backlinks" like it didn't live up to your expectations in regards to other backlinking methods.
Eh, I think the reason most people buy No Hands SEO is link and anchor text diversity. It's a lot easier to load 100 keywords into No Hands SEO than it is to get some guy on Fiverr to actually do it.
It did live up to expectations and thats the point... you can do comment blasts with GSA or scrapebox, each has way more features then no hands seo.

Licorne AIO is awesome and as others have said GSA is a beast. NHSEO had it's time but that has past, there are better tools on the market now.

Licorne Aio 2.53 is good but the success result is around not more than 40-50%. this is a good tool and beautiful user interface.
i can say better than monthly payment of magic submitter and sick submitter.
sick submitter with very loe success rate around 30-45% max.
magic submitter is good $67 monthly payment - success rate is increased arounf 55-65% .
licorne Aio is good for building own list and success rate is satisfactory , you have to build your own list and its then you increase your success rate, you can reach upto 60-70% .
ultimate demon is $397 1time payment , $47 monthly , can build own list and too many features, best tool for bookmarking , no one does better than {bookmarking demon -ultimate demon} . but its too slow.
and finally the best senuke xcr success rate 90% . but its too costly.

bookmarking pligg sites - sbbomber {i m running this software from my pligg list and guess what 700+ posting in one time do 3-4 campaign from account }. and using with sniper 150+ posting
