How to make my site look on google with those page links like login\facebook login\like button

This will be fun...

These are called sitelinks and they are done automatically by Google.

Only way to adjust them is through Google Webmaster

Step Two: Verify site with code
Step Three: Go To Sitelinks Tab

Remove every single URL you don't want to show up on there

This can be a pain if you have thousands of pages though

my site was also like this
these are just your subpages
start a google site and make 4 subpages and you will know what is it

Rank #1 and google does it for you. You can however "suggest" to google which links to use.
