DO you think if I use this moderately like add 10 people every other day will FB detect that I'm using this program ?

The software bases on IE, so it just like you are using the IE browser to add friends for your account. Add 10 friends per day is ok, but you need to also consider the accepting rate, if there are too many pending friends, try to remove some who didn't accept your requests.

Since apparently you only work trough messengers, I contacted your tech support via skype on FRIDAY (02-22-13). He or she was AVAILABLE and to this date (4 days later) he or she has not responded my problem. I'm stuck with something that is not working and the tech support has totally ignored my situation!

I want my issue to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!

The pages category and specific person categories have given me errors both times and I'm almost positive I'm entering the correct information. Is this an outdated version or something, all the tutorials are from before facebook went to the new page layout as well...kind of worries me.

Support for this software has become really shitty. Accounts (bought from Lively) has got their passwords changed, support won't help me to recover it. The ''Auto'' Re-PVA isn't really auto, it's manual, and is only working during their office hours. One re-pva takes like 15-20 mins.

Support isn't keen on helping people, and 9/10 cases very arrogant towards me.
