Help me sell my site on Flippa

So I am about to sell one of my sites on flippla that is an amazon associate site. And I was wondering if you guys can take a look on what I have done so far:

Back then, I've made about 10k. In the past 2 months, the site has made me another 10k, bringing me to 20k so far. I was hacked awhile ago, but thanks to my hosting company I got back up on my feet. I also stopped working on the site for a while which also explains the low numbers for the month of november. I've made 10k in the past 2 months and numbers are only going to increase and whoever owns this site can have those numbers under their belt!


This site has products that are listed on amazon.com(Associates), and it sells products to customers and I make money off amazon associates. I will be providing to the winner of this auction, all the extensions that I bought and used(Opencart), as well as a product scrapper, and this site. This site does not require work except to add more newer products, but you can buy it and let it run on auto-pilot and generate revenue. I will explain more details to the winner/bidders as well about the methods used in promotion of this site. You can send me a private messege if you have a personal question reguarding this site. Also, this site will cost money to run as well, starting next month due to TOS changes in how it gets customers, that will also be explained.


This site has made me $10,559.21 since May of this year! But that was 2 months ago when I first tried to sell this site! Now it has made me $20,754.41 since may!

See the attached pictures of me account earnings. The cost to run these sites are in mere comparison, when compared to how much your are going to make. The past couple of days, I've been making $300/+ days as well. If you Buy it Now, I will pay the escrow.com fee's.


Also, I paid about $200 to have 1 of the extension to modify. It will allow you to work on the site easier! This will also be included with everything!


I also attached google analytics of the site since may of last year until now, as well as my earnings as an amazon affiliate. I have also since then taken down my affiliate code from the website, since I am selling it.


NOTE: This is 1 of 4 sites that have been earning me revenue. Of the past couple of months, I have added 3 more sites, that I will sell at a later auction, OR if the buyer is interested in buying these sites as well. I can provide data on these sites to the buy or any interested parties as well.

Well, this is what I have so far. I just created a rough sketch of everything, but I never sold my site on flippa besides the other time I tried to sell it an it did'nt sell. Basically what I am asking is for some advice on how to make this more appealing to people who are interested in this site as well as what price should I start the bid off and what should be the buyout price in your honest opinion. Any advice is always greatly appreciated

I just emailed meathead about this. But I tried looking up Bryaons name, but I could'nt find it. I would like to contact him also and get multiple opinions on selling my site.

IDK man, your site looks fishy. Domain had been dropped 5x, no semrush record, 1 archive record dating back at june 2012, your traffic source is unknown,traffic is up and down. I mean its hard to measure a sites value if your paying for the traffic since most of the sites that have been sold there have organic traffic. but goodluck on your listing.

Unstandable. But I pay for my traffic and I have not as much organic traffic as opposed to the paid traffic which has been really helping in moving amazon product sales. I don't know much about my domain being dropped or semrush record or anything. But hopefully, after selling this site, the dude who is making money can throw me a good review, which will help me sell the rest of my sites.
