Contacted Sven and he suggested me to use Plimus and clear my Cookies.
Boom, Paypal payment option is Available

Done doing this one but still shows that message when i tried to use dbc by first priority.

So there are no lines in your host file from CB or CS? Have you cleared the host file and restarted the software? That's pretty odd.

Yes. I did clear all the lines on my host file and restarted the software. But still saying that my host file is modified. What host file do i need to modify? i'm using windows 7 64-bit ultimate btw.

Copy and paste this in the windows search box: %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc
That will open up the folder that has your hosts file in it. Click on the hosts file and and a window should pop up that says, "choose the program you want to use to open this file. Select notepad and remove any lines captcha breaker made.
Lines will look like this:

127.0.0.1 api.dbcapi.me
127.0.0.1 api.deathbycaptcha.com
127.0.0.1 api.deathbycaptcha.eu
127.0.0.1 api.dbc.me
# -= GSA Captcha Breaker =-
Then save your hosts file.

130 threads had been working well for myself and many others on the GSA forum
Already parsed means it's found a URL on a search engine that it has already found in another. If you're getting this message a lot try reducing the number of search engines you have selected.
Okay gonna set it to 130 threads!
Btw, I disable the Search Engine feature so I import the link by my Self.
If it says "Already Parsed" does it mean there are duplicate links on my link list ?
Some other questions ,
1. If the sites show "Failed to Download" what does it mean ?
2. Sometime I should choose the category of my site, if I let the time out until 0 will it automatically choose the category or the site will be skipped ?
3. Some of the sites say "Registration Complete" but 80% of them say "Login failed (Invalid Password)" So GSA Can't submit my article & my link/
Any solution for this Problem ?

how many threads you can use depends on your system and your setup. the better/faster your CPU, RAM, HDD etc. and the "smaller" your projects the more threads you might be able to use. you need to figure out that by yourself and monitor CPU and RAM usage.
1. "download failed" is mostly caused due to not working proxies. with public proxies you are getting tons of that message

I have a very newbie question ..about filling data fields (bookmarks ,articles and feilds which need contents ) .i used to fill those with KM .Just adding my site urls as contextual links via KM and add them . but right now i just bought WAC.also here is the problem . do we really have to add contextual links to our articles manually or if article has something %LINK% GSA auto converting with my urls ?i watched your videos on youtube too but its hard to catch.if someone help with adding URL will be soo nice thank you
PS : Like i said i love the product and im away with KM since its big money for me ..i bought GSA indexer too it could index my sites within 2days

1) Yes if its saying already parsed then it has parsed that link before. If you imported your own link list then you would remove the duplicates before importing.
2) You should have the software automatically do this for you so you don't have those boxes pop up. In your project options you'll see, "if a form field can't be filled (like category) ask user. You need to click on the words ask user and it will change to choose random.
Well we were recommending poweruphosting but they've seemed to have some hiccups lately. They said everything should be fixed now. Otherwise I believe a lot of users are running on Berman hosting.

%link% works fine and automatically embeds your links. If you right click in a data field, you will see a list of macros that can be inserted into the content.
