Didn't Get Paid? Deface Your Client's Website!

I find this pretty relevant to me, since I actually go to the Fitness SF Gym.

I don't know about the guy, but I just realized how stupid the management of this gym actually are. $5,000 upfront for this??? I could sit down on the toilet and shit out a better website than this guy.

As for defacing their website....well, what else is there to do if you live in Germany and you supposedly get screwed out of getting paid?

so far I had no problems with any clients when it comes to payout.

If I was in shoes of his client I would do the same. 10 weeks and $5000 for that website is way too much time for too much money.

The client agreed to the price. Whether he agreed to $50 or $5,000 is trivial - he still needs to pay for it.

However, this scenario seems to be a little more complicated. If Jonen didn't actually complete the job, then obviously the client has the right to refuse to pay him.

There was a similar situation with consumers distributing , the owner hired a bunch of people to build his website and promote his company and ripped everyone off. They just deleted his entire website, the article was in the Toronto Star. It makes everyone who does business online look bad, on both ends.
