Looking for VPS for Browsing + Host

Hey all,

I am looking for a cheap VPS that'll be used especially for browsing only. I want to manage a few facebook accounts under a different machine. Would be great if they come with multiple ips (upgrades) if possible.

There should be windows VPS listed there as well (more expensive of course) but why do you need windows if your strictly using it for web browsing? If all your doing is web browsing then I don't see the issue.
