so, I am totally new to domain and website purchase and flipping. I purchased a domain name related to the adult cam niche. the domain has 41k indexed pages in google. I am not sure what to do with it at this point? would it be worth it to try to sell just the domain or should I put up an affiliate site and try to sell it that way? Any input is appreciated as I am a noob at this.

no. It isn't getting any I'm assuming because I bought it as a deleted domain. The links in google are all for the profiles of the cam girls that were on the previous site.

May be you can sign up for a cam girls website as an affiliate and use their system to populate your site and than flipp your site on flippa.

Build it into a Tier 1 to a dating affiliate link or something.

You can either do a direct blanked redirect, shorten the link, or make a site like blog that links to your sales page.

ok, I signed up with an affiliate and created a white label site that is populated and hosted by them. My question is, can I flip this on flippa being that I signed up with my own information and validated my account with my own name? or is there another way I have to do it?

Sorry but I'm not sure what a Tier 1 to a dating affiliate is? Can you go into more detail? I appreciate the help.

I can't think of a reason why you couldn't do it with your own details. Sure just try it with your own details and see how you go.

I do have one suggestion in relation the the current pages indexed in Google.

Insert into .htaccess, the following code:

Code:
ErrorDocument 404 http://www.yourdomain.com

What this will do is forward all 404's to your homepage. If all these profiles are still indexed, this is free traffic.

I'm not sure I can because I had to verify my affiliate account by phone and I wouldn't want the buyer having access to my personal information. I have to find some other ready made content I can put on the site to flip it.

Watley...thanks for the suggestion, but I currently don't have ftp access because the domain is hosted by an allfiliate.
