Just checked the Screen Shot. You sent to someone else, it was not purchased through us. We don't have that transaction ID through our account, nor do we have that pricing. Wrong thread/service.

Could you tell me what this does for the video besides getting it viewed? Does it help it rank for the keywords I have in the title? Are these bots or can you expect actual subscribes/comments?

They are real views, but the interaction (subs and likes) is low when buying views, although you can purchase those services also. The more likes, views, comments and favs, generally the better the video will rank for your keyword, but unfortunately we can not guarantee that, since YouTube is so unpredictable with ranking videos.
