Initially we started with fb referrers, later method was patched and now we are into mobile views which is working well.

I want to order some views again for a new video. I will order them imediately after I upload my video.
What do you think is the best for ranking: Buying for example 30k as soon as I upload my video or buy 10k views.. After I get them i wait a few days and order again 10k views.. and then again 10k views after a few days. What do you think? Will it be effective? Or should I buy all of them at a time.

I have heard rumours that boosting your video with as much views as you can upon uploading is more effective than gradually boosting it. However, I myself have not tested this theory. To be honest, I see it quite logical for a video to rank better if it receives a lot of views asap.
 
I'm looking for someone to pay to manage a youtube channel and make it popular and go viral. I really don't want to deal with the particulars I just want to cut a check and watch it happen. Is this something you offer as well?

I don't like using fiver i mess with ViewManiac they get my stuff ranking. You don't just get views you actually get traffic. You get video likes, comments subscribers etc. They drive in real feedback to build off of not just fake numbers.

yesterday made an order
video was deleted today O_O
