Check the other threads, Instantvcc.eu is a FRAUD run by a (presumably) Polish scammer.

Site looks professional to get your money and donations "anonymously through OK pay" but after that, your money is gone and your VCC (IF you get one!!) is not functional or useful. The whole IBAN story is not true , it will just direct to one of his Friends in Poland who get some commission. BEWARE!
