1. What is the difference between normal views and time views?
Normal views are just views to increase the stats counter, whereas time views , each view will stay in video for 80 - 100%. Retention rate is high, obviulsly your video ranks in youtube for the targeted video according to the competition.

2. How quickly can you deliver 500K views?
2 - 3 days.

3. Does those views safe? Will YT block them account for that?
Its safe, but if you wish we can deliver slowly like 100k views per day.

You can get high retention mobile views that work on YouTube and help increase your rank without penalizing it for free? You pay BB to do the views for you to rank. Early on he specifies that they are mobile views for retention and that they are for increase your YouTube rank.

Although these views are mobile, they all have very high retention rates. They help rankings unlike the views you are talking about.
