you should consider using non logging vpn services - vpn services don't keep any logs. You can find a list of no logging vpn providers on TorrentFreak or vpnverge

Try Cyberghost. But you wont get a large pool of Proxy servers. But they are fast and good and doesnt keep logs

Don't know about vpn but you can use Tor. It's anonymous enough to sign up for pof.

It's also damn slow!! But highly anonymous. However the exit nodes might be blacklisted by POF.
I know most of them are by google.
