Clarifications, if I may:
RED PACKAGE
1. "Submission of a PR each week" - so if the red package has 4 press releases and I only opt for 1 domain, this means I get 1 PR per week and each PR has unique content?
2. "Submission to SB Wire / PR Buzz each week" - so this is a different PR from the one above? or do you mean that the PR above will be submitted to SB Wire / PR Buzz?
3. Will there be a report for the statistics of the views?

Hi Veheme,
All good questions! And answering them in order,
1. Yes, the PRs written for a Red package are 4 (of 400+ words each). If you only give us one URL (and up to 8 keywords), we will have a PR going out each week - or as per a schedule you can define. And we send you the PRs for approval before we begin submitting.
2. The same PR will be submitted to a site like SB Wire, which is usually picked up by Google News and over a hundred high authority news sites that pick up the RSS Feed (Sites like Boston Globe and CBS News).
3. We can have a stat of the views sent as well, but it won't be complete. Only SB Wire gives us the stats. In addition, we submit to a few free sites as well, and those don't all provide the number of views. But yes, if you'd like, we can send you a screenshot of the traffic from SB Wire a few days after the last report has been submitted. I've attached a sample from a PR we submitted for your convenience.
The Blue line is viewership on SB Wire itself, the Green line is on syndicated sites, and the Red one is organic traffic through search engines. The actual number would depend on the niche and the number of exact searches of course.

Just got one of my articles released on SB Wire today with Rank Geek, as part of the 4-5 websites I have had included.
We have just had 6 orders of my product on my personal site. One of which is a guy who owns and runs a MASSIVE store in our niche.
(Stalked his email to linkedin profile) Rank Geek, you are epic
EDIT, out of the 6 orders, 4 are in Google News Index, 2 are not, which is understandable as they are blatent self promotion lol
