How do overseas people get CPA accounts?

Hi I am looking for people who are not in the US and have gotten CPA accounts under different identities. I have some questions to ask about it. Please contact me through PM

let's assume you got banned for something you didn't do. How would you attempt to get back an account on the same network? Specifically if you don't live in the US, how would you setup to get payment,etc.

I don't think you can use any old information such as bank information because that would automatically get you banned

In such cases i contact my affiliate manager and explain him the situation. If they understand how this business works, they must know shit happens sometimes and it might not be your fault.. So if they re-enable me, we continue to make money, if not - they go into my blacklist, there are lots of other companies to do business with

but all that if i am with peace of mind i didn't do anything wrong..

which country are you talking about specifically?

Most networks accept publishers from most countries - that is if you go ahead and actually speak to them (on the phone).

While it's true that there are networks / tracking platforms out there that automatically apply an extra layer of fraud screening to publishers from certain (Asian) countries, Singapore should be ok.

im more concerned about the payment info, I think having a bank account name different from the network account name will be suspicious?

No i do not think that. I'm just thinking someone not in the US and can't get a CPA account using their own identity has a higher chance of having an account in a fake name/identity.

Nothing, like I said, I just thought there might be more people with accounts under false identities/identities other than their own outside the US. That is all.

Of course there are people in the US who have these, I welcome them to chime in as well.

Well atm you are looking at fraud which would make it safe for me to assume you actually deserved to get banned for what you are accused of. If you can't speak to your affiliate manager and get back in the system just go to a next network, No one cares about you name, address and all that they just want your paypal, it's where your payment will go.

Their are some really high strung people in this thread. Come on guys he is obviously looking for people with experience
in setting up CPA accounts without his real information. And I see threads all day long about people having a hard time setting up
a CPA Account since their not within the USA or another country.

How can you say someone deserves to be banned from anything and you do not even know them?
