Let me answer that for you.
A provider's alexa or page rank doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the service. His website's alexa rank is low because he hasn't faked it with the bots available all over the internet like other 'SEO experts' you see selling their 'running businesses' on Flippa.

I wouldn't be bothered about a websites alexa rank or PR. There are plenty of good reviews by paying clients in this thread... and they speak for the quality of the service Leith is providing.
