Preventing IP Blacklisting When Bulk Emailing

How many emails can I send per hr/IP or per day/IP to prevent my IP addresses from being blacklisted. If i set up interspire with rotating IP's ... what is the recommended sending rate/IP to preserve the IP addresses.

I want to preserve them even if it means getting many more IP addresses in the initial setup.

It's not just about the number of emails you send but the quality of your list, the status of the IPs you have and the content you have. There is no "magic bullet" setup that will provide you what you want.

Keep in mind that shared servers don't last as long as dedicated servers.
