I've now used their services on 4 different websites, with various packages (full-nuke, half-nuke, yuddha hatthi and lam som for easier keywords) and seen crazy improvements with each order. Okay, the good news: I think this service might work.

The bad news: they don't reply on your support questions, they don't answer questions about payments, they don't send reports. So you pay and pray you get better rankings but don't expect anything else. I've been working with linkbuilders for years but never had a such a bad experience regarding to contact & support.

I hoped to be able to work with them for months/years as I've read a lot of positive reviews but their servicelevel is very bad.

I wouldn't recommend anyone who's serious about his business to work with these guys since you can't depend on them.

You have to understand that the service is not just for reports but real results. When reports are delayed it just means that the improvements are not very good and we are still working on it. We don't care whether its the smallest campaign or the biggest campaign ordered, but we work hard on both the ends to make client happy for his life regardless of the campaign purchased. So, if a good level of results is not achieved we are not satisfied with it and continue to work still... Even if the links of the original campaign are done..
It may take some time with us, but the end results we deliver are more better than any others. If you just want the report within the specicified time you can say at the beginning itself, so that we can do just that.

On the other hand, the client side, when we deliver top 3 results, when we deliver awesome results they just vanish off without even having the courtesy to leave a feedback but at the same time, even with the slightest issue they rush to post something negative and spread chaos.
