domain name optimization

I have a few domains that are search phrases; I was wondering if there are any opportunities or point in seo these domain names so at a future date I could rent the domain via pointing these domain names some another companies site any opinions or ideas?

I don't want to burst your bubble but you are kinda late for the EMD (Exact Match Domains) party. They still rank but the Big G can read those. You can still benefit from Bing tho. I have a few of those and they rank better in Bing Just wish bing could provide more traffic.

Ya you have unlucky timing! Google just changed it's algo so they don't rank websites based on keywords anymore!

You can still rank EMD's, but not for money keywords. Real money keywords. Less than 2,500 exact match monthly if I'm correct is not consider a money keyword. Is either 2,500 exact or 1,500. Power keywords are 5,000+.
