How do you get motivated??

Hey,

I've been working full time from home for just over a year now, but with all this spare time and nobody breathing down my neck I often find myself being less motivated to work on new projects or pursue new areas of IM.

So, what do you guys do when you need a little boost of motivation/inspiration?
