Black Hat Method to avoid Parking/speeding Fines

Hey all,

I live in one of Scotland's major cities.
I am forever getting frkin parking fines!!

I want to avoid having to pay parking fines.

Heres how I plan to do this if anyone has any other ideas or want to add to it then pitch them in here.

We all hate parking/speeding fines right???


let's find a way to avoid paying them.


My Experiment:

Order mailbox address in town.

Register car to "mickey mouse" or whatever name u used for mailbox rental. You can Call it ABC or 1234 anything you like really.

Get parking ticket while picking up my kid from school (AGAIN!!)

After a while (bout 14 days) a fine comes out in post to mailbox address.

Afte reven longer sherrif officers/debt collectrs arrive at mailbox to collect debt from "Mickey Mouse"

Obviously I'm not there, so is that the end of the trail for the ticket? = success I don't pay fine???



Thoughts please.

Do you plan to have the car insured/ MOT'd and taxed at "mickey mouse address" ? otherwise UK cop cars are equipped with PCR equipment that will flag this shit.

If you want to pull a get awayable scam, fake disability and get a parking pass.

I never once paid a parking ticket in scotland and i had 10+ as for a speeding fine, i never paid that either. The police came to my door, and charged me, with speeding and not replying to paperwork. I said ok, and they left, and I never heard from them again.

If it goes to court, just tell them the same as you tell tax man. Money? no! i is makin losses. It won't go to court though. After a while they just forget about it.

Here's an idea. Follow the parking laws and avoid parking tickets. That's what i would do......seems logical to me

most definetly a big no no, they always catch up with you and the fines/punishment for this type of this is very heavy.. I do like the disabled pass thing but this goes against morals! I have seen lots of people with single walking sticks/crutches that they throw into the car when they arrive and jump into the car like an athlete...

I guess you don't ID yourself when opening it and pay in cash.

Instead of not getting the fine, you opt to get a criminal record it seems.

Also, you can get away with a lot of stuff but this little plan involves your kid. This is the example you set for it, this is how daddy solves problems. Great lesson huh?
I don't dare wonder what happens when you get an accident. You don't own the car, the insurance doesn't cover you and when the cops arrive your kid gets to see daddy arrested so you run.

What about just not being a retard and park where you are supposed to!? i think it's A LOT simple than facing fraud charge for a few bucks !? I mean if you get a ticket everyday there must be something wrong with you

I just indicate that I want a trial by jury. They always drop it, (well twice so far...)

Here in the US, using a fake name for the mailbox would be a felony.

Be easier just to buy a car and not change the registration, let the owner of record deal with the mail.

Ok so clearly legalities ate an issue with method 1.

so method 2 would be to actually register the car in My OWN name at the mailbox address.

mailboxes are used by many as catch alls for the mail so perfectly reasonable.

so debt collector/sherif officers come to the mailbox address looking for me. I'm not there. What happens next?

Anyone with knowledge of Scottish law where parking fines etc are concerned would b great if you cn pitch in!!
