Almost Finished with my Web Page

So I read on here, and figured I'd try this. Now I have a movie coming out. I'm putting up 9 parts of it (which are just images to make the person believe I have it all)...in the description of the vids, it's going to say: Go to my site http://www.mysite.com for a bigger video, faster loading, and better quality!

I have photoshopped all the images so it looks like it was recorded by a good camera. I'm going to put a 1 second repeating flash on my page that is that green screen that says - "This movie has been reviewed and is acceptable for all audiences by the American Picture Association" or w/e it says. That's going on my site. Above that, I said "Enter your email in the form beneath the movie to begin loading and to get more notices about future movies. Your video will begin loading and will start 120 seconds (2 minutes) after you click submit."

So, here's the big question on my mind:
How should I get a CPA email submit showing there for them to enter? I know I should use an iFrame, but how can I monetize this site?

Can I get the iFrame to show a certain part of the web page and make it unscrollable, so they only see "Email Address [_________]" and then submit below it?

I like the idea, what you could try is that viral traffic script, with a cpa email submit to get them to get access to all of the videos instantly! Then tell them they need to download a codec in order to play your video, then get them to download something like zango...

Damn I might try that myself...

Shm: I think that's a little more complex then I want this process to be. To get the most conversions, you must make it as easy as a quick email submit!

This is more or less what I essentially want (minus the scrollbars). It's not perfect, but the green 1 second flash thing looks more or less like camera quality and as if it is getting ready to load.
