and finally found it
will try this out

@cash202: I'm curious. Which type of site have you tested this strategy with?

I've been trying to rank pages in EMD sites, medium-sized web sites and sites with twenty thousand pages.

Assuming that you work alone, and have access to standard link building tools, which type of new site works best?

With big site, my only concern is that I won't be able to build links fast enough to make it appear "natural."

What's your take on this? Are there any type of clients you like to work with because their sites you're sure be able to rank fast?

The best type of the website to rank fast is a small local business. Period. If you can build a small
local business client base, you can get yourself a nice full-time income probably without even
outsourcing much.

By local business website I mean keyword like "<business> <suburb>". Like "plumber springfield".

Large e-commerce sites are the hardest. It's not about speed there but more about proper website
that doesn't waste link juice by poor structure and internal links. Plus tons of keywords you need to deal
with.

Do you still do social bookmarking? Or bookmarking at all with SENuke? If what, what are the alternatives?

Also, "Blueprint = keyword push. Keyword pushes are only part of SEO.Essential part but not all of it." I was wondering if you plan to do any guides on these other subjects? I would gladly pay for some *dreaded word ahead* consulting or couching.

If don't know how to do social bookmarking, don't do it. There's much value in it now.
Especially avoid mass Pligging the money site. Pligg site go down and get infected by
malware often so it contributes to an unnecessary link loss.

Here is another thing that, sort of, changed in 2012. What I found works best now is
to use blueprint with brand name, generic anchors and naked links only and do targeted
keyword pushes with small to medium amount of high PR exact match anchor text links.
High PR links must be executed right and diluted enough to not trigger any unnecessary
attention.

"There's much value in it now." was this a typo? I felt like you meant to say "There's isn't much value in it now."
And of course i wouldnt mass pligg my money site, only web 2.0s. Is that advisable for a newbie

When you say "targeted keyword pushes" you mean link an exact match keyword on the PR site that's not a brand name, generic anchors or naked link, right? And these high PR links point to my money site which why we need to be careful?

I know this might be asking for a lot, but could you possibly make a backlink diagram that is suitable for small local business that need SEO? :)

Also this is my link diversity profile if anyone wants to take a look. I got it from leith's.

Generic 25%
Primary Keyword 15%
Brand 15%
Secondary Keyword 10%
Primary Keyword variants 10%
URL 10%
Secondary Keyword Variants 5%
URL Variants, 5%
brand variants 5%

Hey cash202,
Is it fine to use lindexed on 2nd tier or even on 1st tier? or does it leave a footprint to Google?

Social bookmarking money site = SHIT
Social bookmarking tier one and two = a little bit of value

High PR exact match anchor text links is what I meant by it. Want to rank for "payday loan" make sure you have "payday loan" anchor text link to you money site on the page with PR, preferably the home page. NOT SITEWIDE though.

You are keep killing me, my friend. Let go of numbers. There's no perfect combination like "27.3423% of generic links and 12.345% of URL links is the best".

I don't know if it leaves the footprint because I don't use any indexer services. Why? Go through the
pyramid from bottom to the top.

Blog comments are already indexed. They link to forum profiles and articles and get them indexed.
They, in turn, get first tier indexed. Why waste money and effort on useless indexing tool?

Fair enough, Its probably better to study the competition's keyword diversity, link profile ect and do it better.

After a few weeks of using this blueprint (with a few twists of my own of course), here are some results:

Keyword 1 (6600 searches) - N/A to 6th
Keyword 2 (4400 searches) - 65 to 5th
Keyword 3 (1300 searches) - N/A to 13th

It's been hard work but it's definitely been paying off :)

+Rep simply because I like implementers. Just do it.

Hi,

I'm considering purchasing a few tools in an attempt to rank my own sites.
Which programs do you recommend for a start or is essential?
I'm thinking scrapebox, WAC, and one of the following, either gsa ser/magic submitter, or should I go the UD route?
Heard UD is slow though, never personally tried it myself.
Also considering a RankWyz subscription to mass create web 2.0 posts.

These tools will be mostly used for T2 and beyond.

Thanks!

My opinion on Magic and UD. They are both total shit. Tried them both. Vomited. Uninstalled. Cancelled the trial.

WAC is an OK toolbox for article manipulation. I'd avoid scraping though. I don't use scraped content. If you do,
don't ask me why you site doesn't rank as you know the answer. The same goes for SEnuking with ArticleBuilder.
Dumb and ineffective.

Scrapebox is a must as a list and links management tool and blog comment poster.

I don't use RankWyz, so I don't know.

lol, I like this guy. Good stuff my man, your old school tactics still resonate to this day and finally some of the new peeps are getting the hang on it.

Although I do have to admit, I find that using UD to manage my properties is actually pretty good. And I don't go the spun route either. Just think outside of the box with some of these tools and don't fall into the click and repeat mentality.

I found that spinning means different things to different people. Usually it is some form of crappy content spam.
