Review:

Speed: 10/10. Got everything in time. I actually requested to get it done faster and he did it faster.

Communication: 10/10. I must admit, secondeye has one of the best customer service out there. He is very patient and responds quickly.

Price: 10/10. The docs and VCC's are priced very cheap considering how much value they have.

Quality: 10/10. I ordered - Paypal account+Docs+VCC. Now, what kind of quality they have?

• Paypal Account: secondeye contacted me with a file full of "To the point" instructions on how to create the paypal account. He told me that, it's better to use the account in a new "Windows User Account" with the name on the paypal account. I followed the instructions and the account worked really well until I hit the certain amount when paypal asks for more info. Yes, it never got limited.
• VCC: It's a Visa card and I got the expuse code within 12 hours.
• Documents: I got 2 docs and both of them are VERY legit and of high definition. Sent them to paypal and they accepted the docs without a hiccup.

Overall: 10/10. This is an exceptional service. When I first saw this service, I thought it won't last long as it's difficult to keep up with such a service. But secondeye proved me wrong with so many successes.
