Wordpress background ads

Hi, I am looking for free/premium WP plugin that allows me to add advertisements to backgrounds of my web without touching the code at all. So far I havent found such plugin

I think he means right and left instead of the grey, there should be ads?

I don't know, if it is compatible with the latest WP version, but still dig in more and you will find a working plugin that does not require coding.
