USA Rotating HTTP Proxies

Hey guys,
I need a proxy service with good connection (doesn't have to be 100000Mbps, but not shitty 56k...) which allows for IP's to be rotated fairly frequently. Realistically, if the IP's are not abused I'd only need to get new ones once per day, but ideally they should be refreshed every few hours or every 30 minutes or something.

Low number of threads required, I mean maximum 20/30 simultaneously each on their own proxy so no worries about that.

Please message me if you can provide this, I am looking for a new supplier immediately.#
