What I can't understand is paying someone a $25K commission to manage an Adwords account for 1 month.

Haha cloaked adwords accounts buddy. I pay 10% of adspend for anyone with aged google account that can cloak. I didn't just send $25,000 randomly to get jacked. I sent him $500 a day, then scaled up to $10,000 a day and then poof, he disappeared. I wired him daily for the daily spend, so the maximum I would lose would be 1 day ad spend which I can deal with. Im not sure how people think that low post count = scammer? This was a private deal with wire transfers. Im not sure what the mods want me to post here. Im simply saying don't deal with the guy, hes not trustworthy and is a theif.

Last skype conversation explaining that his account is down and that there is a remaining $13,000 left over that I sent him for spend. Him saying he would return it, no other communication from him since.

I suppose what people are asking for is some screenshots, not that they don't believe you but in these situations I think people like to see screenshots as proof. Of course they can be faked yes but they are a little harder to fake than the text you copied and pasted there.

Nobody likes to think that there are people on this forum that would scam them out of that much money (although we all know of course there are) so they ask for some kind of proof to reinforce the story.

No one derserve to be scammed, that's just a big no no. Even we scamming Google to gives better rankings so we can generate more money!! No in all seriousness, You are either very rich, or you a scammer that got scammed by another scammer. No one in their right mind, would work with some one in the high bills without some protection. Something does not seems right. Maybe we are not talking about $13,000 but maybe $130. Sorry for your loss but you deserve to be bitch slap. I guess you learned your lesson the hard way.

Yes, I too thought about the 'lack of clean hands' aspect, / that this case 'violates the clean hands doctrine', hence how can we decide who is the bigger cheat (can't think of any better term, sorry).

For example, a 'family' boss cannot go to a court of law to curse and complain about some personal theft one of his associates committed during a routine 'operation'! IMO only.

How do you figure out if someone deserves to get scammed? Let's find some guidelines for them to follow and post them somewhere so the scammers will scam in moderation, because they actually care if someone deserves it or not.
