Looking for a quality website scraper

Guys,

I'm looking for scraper to scrape News websites and turn their Headlines into an RSS feed. For example see the Guardian news page...google Guardian News, navigate to News> World news at the top.

I want to scrape all their news Headlines on this page into an RSS feed. This will then be pushed by Feedburner..and then pulled and displayed by my Wordpress website using WP-O-Matic. If i am adding too many steps, please advise.

Also, I want to do this for many sites, the above was only an example.

This is just an example. It's not for the Guardian site, but sites like this - that do not have any available RSS feeds.
