On the official GSA SER forum there is a sticky thread that has video tutorials posted, watch them. After you setup your first campaign and are familiar with some things re-watch them and you will understand even more on how to use SER.

Seriously, they are the biggest help when you are first starting.

I tried to open the verified list using Notepad by changing the file name to "filename.txt" (it's .sl by default), but I got some sort of computer language text instead. Any thoughts?

Hi ya but like when i used captcha sniper as 2 position in gsa ranker , first breaker it never send captcha to that .... and if i will be using paid captcha option in breaker then for other project also it will use paid captcha service .. Can u give exact where to add paid captcha option , if in ranker then it might not show skipped by settings in breaker for recaptcha ....

I got to the stage of turning off the pm system on here after getting fed up with constant pms from people asking questions that had been asked time and time again on this thread and freeloaders who cant be bothered to take the time and learn how to use the software.

The tricks I use are shared in the thread on the gsa forum
I know some have followed those and jumped from 20k submissions a day to over 100k

Which verified list? You can right click on a project > show URLS > verified and then export it as a .txt.

You can try putting it in CB then.

I keep getting the download failed message, but if I right click and go to the URL it opens fine.

Does anyone know why GSA SER keeps doing this?

I have to close it and re-open every 10 minutes.

This is usually do to your proxies. Check your proxies or disable them for a few minutes and test to see if it still does it. If it doesn't, its probably your proxies.

I'm not using any proxies, going off my on internet connection.

It seems to be doing this after it verifies links and tries to ping them. I'm going to disable that and see if it makes a difference.

Another good thing to do is to raise your HTML timeout to around 120+ if it isn't already.

I get alot of this, dunno why it skippes if i have my death by captcha for option 1...
I didnt opt for skipping captchas no where...
Is gsa finding that text written captcha type? Is that why it skipps it? because it doesnt know the answear ?

Maybe instead of giving a download failed message, it could say the actual problem.

Like page timed out, 404 not found, or something like that. It's receiving an error somewhere in the process so I think it should be easy to give the real error and not just the download failed message.

It would be nice to know the actual reason for the download failed message.

Its normal your ip is blocked which causes the problem
There are a lot of anti spam services that block at ip level
If your not using any proxies, your on one ip
That ip hitting sites too many times can put up flood protects. Its seen as a potential ddos attack
Try using some proxies and it should cure the problem

Noticed this the last two times.

10:22:08: waiting for threads to finish.
10:22:12: [-] 45/92 download failed - WEBSITE

Not sure why it's reloading setting but this is when the download failed messages start happening.
