what are the future planning to be?I have requested some features and didn't get any response from you.
 
The future planning is to fix the bugs listed above.

Any update from the developer ? unable to run KS for few days now ! Pls respond. TQ

I bought keyword Scout last year. I have not gotten it to work properly yet. I posted to the forum as requested and emailed... They changed their forum as it was getting blasted with "not working properly"

Now I am still wondering how or why this guy hasn't responded or given people their money back... and in the process how this has so many bumps and attracts people to it in forums like this one.

I own Scout -- not lite. I can not scrape the keywords for anything... it will only show me Local Monthly and Global and then freezes. I've walked through every solution provided and had elite proxies to run it through. I've let it set while "loading page" for days and it never does anything....

Just saying either fix it or don't advertise it. That is my advice to anyone looking at this software --
 
I can only agree with mrorzio and your other customers - you have to fix all the bugs as soon as possible. I believe I send you so many screens and enough videos of all those bugs. We are all waiting for the new update with fixed features as we bought the software that claimed to be working not the BETA version. So I guess you have to keep us updated here on what is been going on as we all really need it to work, otherwise we would consider massive refunds for the software.
 
whackhat, I PMed you your solution, and hope that was all taken care of.

As for the person that mentioned the ticket on the forum, I'm working with you now to solve that issue.

Software is working fine today, just tested it.

I'd also like to update you for a bug fix, if you haven't found the problem yourself.

Adwords made an update on their terms of service a few weeks ago... Date of update: Feb 21, 2013.

I have a feeling, that was your guy's problem, as that's when the scraping emails came in.

As always, if it's not scraping, login to your account and check to see if Adwords is asking for something. This time, you just had to agree to their new terms, that is all.
 
Today I got 404 error in keyword research addon and I am not able to scrape any data (the only addon of this packet that presented some real value). Tested it with few adword accounts and in the browser they are working just fine.

BTW how are the job on the seo competition addon going?
 
Let me check if Google updated. If so, I'll get the update coded.

We also released an update for the Amazon fix today.
 
Josh you did a great work with Jeremy for the Backlink Miner,i am satisfied with it.I suggest you should team up with Jeremy on your Keyword Scout project and make some new features that were requested here.I think allot of users would be happy.
 
To be honest after such a long time I do not belevie this addon could be even close to the one from other software out here, maybe ks was not made for this purpose after all. So in the competition analyzer I decided not to use it in keyword scout. But after talking with few of your customers we agreeg that two minor but somehow important changes could be made to the most important addon of keyword scout which is keyword research.

I mean:
1. The filter here for removing phrases should work as for example microsoft excel, not removing keywords permanently. Now after performing such filtering, I would have to start that long scraping process from beginning.

2. The second thing would be to add keywords in a bulk. The idea to add newly scraped data to the old ones is very good feature - I have to admit it, but I have to paste those single keywords one after another. Please consider such bulk upload, so it would do it automatically, and we can set here some delay so our adwords account would not get banned.
