Interspire and VPS setup for CL autoresponse and lists [WILL PAY FOR HELP]

I am going to get a license for Interspire.

I am using this as an autoresponder for CL ads, BP ads, etc.

I also have a list I would like to be able to send to of 60k leads.

This is for a dating niche.
