Yeah, Paypal in the Philippines sucks big time. I lost an account today as well - again.

Buying an aged account won't help you very much - unfortunately

Best advise i can give you is this:

Do not use Globe broadband - their ip show many times as proxies or even Tor exit nodes

Get a Sun dongle for paypal - cost about 1k peso per month as postpaid or buy a prepaid for 995 peso and load 3 days unlimited for 100 peso

Every time you disconnect it will give you a new ip - if you really want to run 3 or 4 pp accounts. Don't forget to set up diff. user accounts on your machine

Now get someone with 2 id's - anyone, who cares who he / she is
take her/him to BDO, China Bank, Eastwest and Asia United
Open savings accounts - 5k peso each for initial deposit

Get the passbook and a few days later the debit card.

All set - basically. No need to verify the accounts with a CC or VCC - you can do that making an ebay account for each paypal and try to list an item on the US site. It will trigger the 2 micro payments that will be send to the bank account. Done. Verified.

Dealing with paypal here has always been a major pain in the butt - any way you will do it, buying an old account is not really going to work - you will keep making those all the time.

I think i have been through more than 15 accounts in the past 3 years - and all my stuff is completely legit as well. But as soon as you get more than a few bucks in the account you will need to piss and spit blood for them. Really annoying.

For My Paypal account
First Limitation I got was when the paypal account was on 3 days then a surge of income from WF services came in. It was a $300 day then I got Limited and frozen for 2 days

Second one was the same. After Completely restoring, another $500 came in again freaking limited

and the 3rd and the fourth, I think today is the 6th - 7th time! Paypal is trying to control my income by limiting me. How did I know? I always call them and it may take 24 -48 hours cause it will be forwarded to the Security Department!

It's again limited now and the paypal is around 2 and a half months old and it will be resolved in the next 24 to 48 hours! I'm sure it will be back but the problem is "my business has stopped!"

On a side note - i had my very first pp account limited - frozen- while still in the US.

!999 - i think. Before ebay actually bought that dump. 32k in it. What did I know back then about paypal...? Like a bank, right ? Money is in your account and when you need it you take it out. Long time ago but never forgotten.

It would have been so easy to take care of it back then but my temper got the better of me when I called them - got the nice "sorry but we have to part bla bla"mail right after i hung up.

Anyone knows what the Buyer and Seller protection stands for ?

Other processors can accept payments from Paypal accounts. A 2 minute call to FastSpring or 2co will confirm this.

It is not your source of funding I was referring to. If your buyers fund their account with easily reversible funding or if they have raised flags before, it will effect your receiver account as well. It's the most common fraud to fund one account, transfer to another, withdraw and then chargeback the initial funds.

Just use the service of someone whose paypal has not been frozen regardless of the amount received. You can give them 5% of the amount that you will receive. However, you must find someone who is trustworthy and can be available anytime. You can hire that person as your online banking manager. I've been on that position before as online banking manager.

Does your PP account necessarily need to be from Filippines? Why don't you set up one abroad if you think that is your problem?

Yes it has to be in the Philippines. One offered me an account from the UK but i am 100% sure that it will raise flag on paypal. First and foremost all the money that will be widrawn from the PP account is addressed in the Philippines?? doesn't add up.. UK Paypal widrawing to Philippine bank account? Definitely a redflag

If you are receiving weekly payments then I'm sure its from the same person over and over again. That's the reason you're not getting the limitations cause ONLY 1 person or 2-3 is sending you payments.

For most typical business Every order is a Different person. I interact with atleast 100 different paypal accounts every single month from 100 different accounts

Exactly! If he is receiving the funds only from a few persons then he won't get limited at all unless the account sending him the money get's shady. Other than that I don't believe he will receive limitations

Sorry but I ain't gonna trust your profile. I am receiving a minimum of 6 Digit PHP monthly from different services on my account and I don't think someone wants to handle that amount a month unless you know each other personally.

And also use smart broadband cause they have static ip. It is also a big factor I think that makes your paypal limited is due to your IP. Paypal probably think that there are different people who are using you paypal account.
