SEO experts I need your advice

Hi there guys! It's great stumbling onto a forum like this with all the SEO experts in one place.

I am looking to get a grey-hat SEO for our website. But not sure if we should create another domain.

At the moment we use a single domain name. (this domain name is currently ranked number 1 on google for "XXXXX"

However we offered a new service and this new service is under a subpage of that domain . We are currently using google adwords for this page and is ranked number 2 within the adwords rank for that term.

My question is if i use a grey hat SEO would it be easier to optimise a domain name or can i use a subpage link of that domain name and use SEO on that?

Do you recommend us creating another domain name for this new service then use SEO or the subpage link is fine?

Rule 101 of IM, don't give your niche away, it brings big troubles down the line.

I dont want to advise you about greyhat as im going through some weird dances atm but just wanted to save your niche by giving you the heads up so you can edit your post before anyone sees it.

Why do I suggest that?
I suggest you create another domain because it is clear that you know enough to be able to rank for competitive terms. You must know what you did to get ranking for 'iPhone repairs' - so just repeat your methodology and you'll soon be ranking your new domain for 'iPhone unlock'.

Whilst the topics are closely related, I believe you will be able to write enough unique content to warrant more than just one subpage.

It is also a case of putting your eggs in more than one basket. With your income split between two sites your risk is much lower.

There is nothing bad in going for grey IMO but you should read more about it before trying it.
My advice is to use the BUY/SELL Services area of this forum, find a service which looks good from your point of view and give it a try. many, many of us are making good money by using their services.
