[BUSTED] Maxbounty Caught Shaving + Pics And Proofs

They usually shave more if your giving them crap leads right? I kinda of think they all shave a little all around but who knows.

I wanna hear what Steven Suave have to say. :)

Since this is forum, i do have freedom of speech, and im allowed to make anything i want if it doesnt break rules.

This is my own BAD experience, and im not alone, if he can come and reply here im good.

Shave = when they keep money for leads and that money isnt counted for you

Scrubing = when advertiser optimize conversions to get profits.

This is first traffic i ever sent to dating offer and we cant even talk about scrubbing cuz its impossible to scrub from 7 leads its just impossible to see any good conversion on advertiser side.

Hi,
I think it is also about the methods you are using when driving traffic some networks will hide your commissions if undesired traffic is detected so no change is presented in your stats page. For the same offer some other networks are cool about taking PPV traffic for example while others prefer to accept PPC hits only.. So it is not only a matter of if they were having leads or they were just ignoring regs made under certain parameters like the referer, the Ip range used, etc, etc.

Of course shaving is something you have to learn to live with if you are all into the CPA business

still isnt "proof" that they shave.

Just proof that you make more and have better conversion on the other sites.

0.07 EPC is very bad considering ferma said the traffic is the same...of course there are offers which will convert better than others but 0.07 is very bad. I try to aim for at least 0.15+ EPC and using good networks with good offers its very possible.

Anyway, OP you got nuts for sharing this. +rep for that!

Yes, they (probably their shitty advertisers) shave in some cases. I don't use them.

I have +$1 overall EPC and I make $1x.xxx with them each month. I have some campaigns with $2+ EPC. From your screen and some basic math I see you are pushing offers with $0.05 - $0.09 overall network EPC. I wouldn't run an offer like that from the start with them because of 2 simple reasons. 1. the offer is pure shit and it doesn't convert. 2. a lot of shaving going on.

Maybe MB sucks for dating offers or they do a lot of shaving on those offers. Maybe the advertiser shaves your ass. In my niche I get the highest EPC with MB after doing some tests. As a CPA affiliate marketer you should always try your traffic on different networks.

So don't say MB sucks. It sucks for you.

Sorry but if you code you think with logic. If you took this to court you wouldn't win because there is no actual proof.

Dissin a network because of your personal problems with a specific offer is not nice.

This happens everyday; the lady that finds a hair in her food while dinning in a really nice restaurant will do all she can to give a bad name to the restaurant.

That being said, it should not be done. You can discuss it with them in private, solve the issues (if any) and I am pretty sure they would find a solution for you. At the end of the day, they earn money with their affiliates, and if you are good, they will help out with your problems.

I've lost hope in most CPA networks. I prefer CJ and actual branded companies being behind the offers.. But yeah, been saying that for year MB shaves and so do mostly all the others..And I don't care what anybody on here says, it's the truth!

what kind of offers do you promote ?

WTF , Most of the CPA Networks shaves , but not like the one you showed , its huge dude .
I ll keep away from them , thanks for the proof.

MB is alright and they always pay. Not sure how you got such a huge difference. The lesson here is to test each cpa networks for the same converting offer.

I wonder if MgCash shaves too, I'm getting 500+ clicks per day and get only $30+...

After a few months testing CPA networks my conclusion is:
"Why don't we send to sponsors directly ?"

What i'm doing now.
F*ck the middle man....

Simply because your EPCs are lower at Max bounty, this doesn't mean that Max are shaving.

Let me explain: Adult Dating merchants scrub. The vast majority of them do this in order to reach their own ROI targets.

The % they scrub is not just based up on the individual publisher on each network, it is also across each network as a whole.

Say, for example, a publisher sends a whole bunch of poor quality leads to a dating offer via a network.

The advertiser will, of course, up the scrub rate on this particular publisher at the network, or possible pause him.

They will also - in many cases, up the scrub on every publisher at the network in order to make back their ROI.

Simply put - it may not be Max who are shaving, in many cases advertisers put network wide scrub %s in place.

And if you're pushing the offer that I think you are, this is certainly the case.
