Can someone tell me how can I make my website looking like this in google search and can I use some wordpress plugin or something like that.. I use wordpress, so is this possible with that?

You need to be authority site, the catch is.......it must be in google's eyes xD

Yes google decides whether it looks like this or not, and there is nothing you can do other than make your website as good as possible and well structured.

But what about if I have this and need to change the whole website? Do I loose my great structure or it remains?

You'll most likely lose that if you change your whole website's structure and google crawls it in the meantime. Like the other's said, you can't make it appear. Google will determine if showing it like that in SE results can benefit the users searching and if your pages link to relevant content or not.
