Remember you always pay for what you get. Going to be tough finding someone to write a quality article for that much. Otherwise just do a search in the BST section. There are plenty of writers in there. Not sure you are going to find someone to do it for that cheap though.

You can probably get some 800 word articles written for that amount but you'll more than likely end up getting them from someone with English as a second language and have to edit nearly to the point of rewriting. Spend the money and get some good quality articles. I know some that would hook you up with what you're asking but believe me you won't like what you get.

If you just need unique semi-readable articles for linkbuilding, you might be able to get that over at 0desk (although that's a little low even for foreigners).

If you want a good quality article for your money site, I would look for native speakers at least $1/100 words but that's still the bottom of the barrel.

For THAT price? No way. Anyone who has been doing copy writing for long enough to be reputable and to be trustworthy to keep a decent standard of quality over the course of an 800 word article is going to demand at least a cent a word. What you'll get for 0.3 cents a word wouldn't be worth posting anywhere, you might as well just spin Wikipedia articles. In short, no. No reputable copywriter will touch that.

Make a free ad on Odesk and write that that's how much you're willing to pay. Wait about 5 mins and read through the applications you've received (if you can) and that's the quality you can expect for that price. As somebody said, you may as well spin it.

You're looking at around $0.01 per word minimum, for legible, original content.
