The issue is that the coupons have been oversold & hence deactivated. looking at your PM now.
It's like, even though we are done with the job if there are no SIGNIFICANT improvements then we still carry on the work until it shows improvements. Hope you understand the difference between other services & this. I'll be sending you a report of the work done today evening.
