Actually that particular page contains paginated comments, so the actual comment page shows only 10-12 comments. That cause the problem. We removed those type of url's from our list and updated list with some new websites. This won't happen again.

I dont get it.. unlimited urls and kws? but package 1 is only 14 comments..

Unlimited means, you can use upto 14 url and kws for pack 1. Hope you understand.
