Offering something on BHW, leave the please requests to yourself

Your arrogance still prevails to this new year. Though, I'm sure you're also on my ignore list, I will reply to you this time. That reply wasn't directed at you at all.

I read your previous comment and it was not directed towards Proxygo. If I am not wrong, you were pointing towards OP and Proxygo thought you're trolling him.

And how are you different from the people you're talking about?

This comment clearly indicates that he was trolling or saying whatever to OP. Anyways, I don't like taking sides, but I thought I could clear off the air. It's not good to have misunderstandings. :)

beagle i cant help how i am, im just this way but, a true asshole
doesn't acknowledge a mistake if he makes one, i am always willing
to say if im wrong im sorry, my reply to you was only based on
your comment under my post, hard to tell if it was at me or the op

And how are you different from the people you're talking about?

i will repeat - the object to give or do something for some one
is usually done because they either don't no how or just need a little
friendly help - it should never be motivated by anything other than to
help a person progress his understanding of something and if that makes
the person you helped a better person that's thanks enough sure its
nice if the say thanks but if you offer to help some1 you do it of your
own accord .

You truly deserve those Green Stars. Although I find them crap, but still one earns them after regularly contributing something meaningful on the forum, and you seem to have mastered that art. Accepting ones mistake takes lots of courage and everyone can't do it. By accepting your mistake, you have definitely shown your positive attitude towards life. Happy Ending. LOL

Meh ... Giving with no expectations is the best way to give. But if you are offering something worth $$ for free and asking for +rep or "thanks" .. thats another thing.. not be frowned upon IMHO. They are simply two different people.. Neither of which should be condemned. My 2 cents.

Judging on stats alone, you clearly have done your part in giving thanks to when another member shares something with you. Good job, my man.

Erm. You really don't know what you are talking about. I suggest you read everything that KVM posted, three times. Then read what I posted. Then, dig up some of KVM's posts and read all of them. You wont get any "Thanks" or "Rep" for doing this, and no one will ever know how much smarter you've become. So, one question is whether or not you would want to learn, even if you didn't get some shiny metal to wear on your uniform.

"Stats alone" don't mean a damn thing. The most help I ever got in Internet Marketing came about from an accidental meeting on BHW, and most of the learning took place on Skype. This person has given me at least half of what I know about Internet Marketing, and their stats are significantly less then yours. I just put up 2 Word Press sites from purchasing the URL's to uploading content. I spent most of my time looking around at themes, as well as trying to screw GoDaddy out of $8.00, heh.

I started about 10 hours ago, and I have 2 Word Press sets for 2 different clients live and ready to show them something. That ability came about as a direct result of someone else's willingness to expend time, energy and expertise on my behalf.

The rep, the thanks and the congratulations don't mean a thing, and to pay attention to them is time and energy that could be spent elsewhere.

I'll tell you another thing, while I'm waiting for my leftover fettucine alfredo to heat up. The REAL reason I am here is because someone working with their laptop on a Sunday evening click a bad link and got infected with one of those "WARNING ! YOU HAVE 10,000 VIRUSES" malwares. In a panic, on a Sunday night, after using a company computer for personal surfing, she started calling Computer Repair ads on Craigslist.

Meanwhile, in the dark part of town, on the other side of the tracks where the wollum-gullom critters dwell, skulking and slithering beneath the shadows of the bronkphuckulus trees, I was pushing my shopping cart through the produce aisle at the local grocery store, trying to decide if I was going to use yellow onions or white onions, when from my right-front pocket, my cell phone started vibrating it's bat-signal mating call.

Had I been female, I would have had an orgasm. Being male, it just makes me feel like pissing myself. But I digress.

She was paniced, this lady. It had something to do with finding the perfect ribbon to match her hair for the wedding. Her overweight sister had finally found a man willing to marry her, despite her mustache and 3 other children. Somehow, while in hot pursuit of the elusive PERFECT RIBBON, said panicked lady clicked a link and after that the computer started acting "funny".

So, while wandering aimlessly between the fresh produce section and the meat market. I held her hand (in the telephonic metaphoric sense of the word) through a System Restore, which magically solved the problem. Just to be certain, I showed up at the medical clinic the next morning (Monday) to double check that the computer was malware-free.

She was impressed that I could navigate her around the computer on the phone, without having to actually see what she was doing, or even having my own computer in front of me. She figured I was some kind of computer-fixin' jeenius. Since then, I have come very far, in fact I am exactly where I day-dreamed I would be starting about 3 years ago. I'm EXACTLY where I dreamed I would be. And it started right there, with that phone call.

At some point, you have enough experience behind you to sense the rhythm of how things go, the "pattern" if you will, or perhaps the vibe. You've seen it before, you feel it right now and you have a heightened understanding of what lies ahead, what your options are, and which ones are clearly WRONG, having made those bad choices before, it's just a simple matter of remembering what hurt. The decisions I make are much better now than they used to be.

In short, you would do well to pay close attention. It might save you 20 years of bad decisions and consequences.

Rather then reply to your long winded post, I will let my past posts in this thread speak for themselves. Especially read the post about where I wrote bullet points of my views, and to use your own words, "pay close attention".

The thing I pride myself is getting to the point, without any long-winded replies. It has served me well in my life so far. Now, back to making money.

ty Brian - in all honesty i have a slight problem - its how i was brought up,
blunt honesty, say what you see. and it doesn't go down well to some people
be honest - don't scam - be loyal to your friends - never ever compromise your
principles just to appease people. the downside is being to honest and blunt some
people dont like it and mistake it for arrogance.
better that than being a scammer.

who would you rather have in your corner some1 who kisses your ass - some1 who will
scam you at the first opportunity. or a person regardless of anything just says it how it is.
ille take 1 blunt honest person over any of the above .

I for one immensely regard that person who is true to his principles. It?s really difficult to be firm on your principles when everyone around you either doesn?t believe in your principles or disregards them out-rightly. Being frank does hamper our relationships with people who love listening sugar-coated sentences. Truth is often hard to digest because unlike lie it doesn?t have the sugar-coating. And, despite a plethora of fallacies if you still stick with truth and honesty, then you?re a strong person and deserve respect for the same. Friend, in this world, there?s scarcity of those who hold the might to call a spade a spade, so strongly guard this aspect of your character.

Please don't get me wrong, but I never understood why do you take effort in writing a 1000 word article, when you can sum up everything within few words. Also, I notice you voluntarily get into arguments with people. I know I have no right to tell you this, but I find it weird seeing you arguing you every now and then. I repeat. I don't mean any offence to you, just genuinely expressing my opinion.

They do speak for themselves, and they don't say what you think they do. Your past posts indicate that you go from not knowing a damn thing, to pretending that you knew it all along, with a studious and pointed effort at failing to appreciate the efforts of those that know something to give you a clue. And finally summed up with some defensive statement expressing delusions of adequacy. And overall, they all make a single statement, like this:

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE

You have an overinflated belief in it's entertainment value, and it's usefulness. Yes, I see your posts nibbling around the edges of threads, like a little fishy, fishy, fishy wanting to be noticed but not wanting to be eaten. I think you should pay less attention to the difference between my talent and yours, and pay more attention to the relationship between your talents and how well you put them to use.

Hahaha..Carry on. :D "Talent" ...

Just chill, think about your high blood pressure and ''thank'' me later

You're right. Getting worked up over this is not worth it. My initial post was a rant, which does happen on BHW from time to time. How many times have we seen threads started by people saying "Pay Pal sucks because ....". This is stating the obvious, yet people still post it. It's called a rant, people, not a thread to end world hunger or whatnot. Keep it in perspective.

If what I have said can't be fully absorbed by some people here who like to see how many words they can type to get a point across, then maybe a post of another thread, one of MANY that most likely can be found here on BHW (who has the time to search for all this stuff for people with thick heads), that sums up what I have been trying to get across.

Read OP's request for thanks in his first post, and down a few posts from that see how a senior member from BHW shoots him down for asking.

Goodnight y'all.

If you REALLY want to learn something new, stop by next week.
We will be having a webinar on underwater basket weaving. :D

Sign me up. I learned basket weaving in Boy Scouts, and doing it underwater would make the reeds very supple, so the basket could be much tighter when it dries out.

It might have been Girl Scouts...
