yea me too... if I click on the "Order Your $97 Copy Now!" link, I get the above error! just replace this with paypal or something what works.

But guys - what's the point in buying software that has so many bugs? I'm begging ks support since last year to fix the issues and it's still the version 1.0.1.35 it has the seo competition addon not working at all. I hoped that it will be solved until that year or at the beginning of january, but I'm starting to regret the purchase I made.
You are also not fixing your software going by the above replies which you completely ignored.

That's absolutely true what scotlad and other people are saying in here about keyword scout. You're constantly writing about buying software and handling support requests, but what we all want is the software to be working the way it's supposted to be. Because at the moment it's looking like a dead software that you're supposing to sell.
I went with you through the forum thread and uploaded on youtube exact error the software is having (I am even not supposed to do it - you should pick such errors before anyone would saw them) and after such a long time nothing really has been made.
I would like as well post the youtube error video in this thread, so all community could see the problem, but I have some problem with sending links on the forum - could somebody able to post links on the forum PM? I'll send you video I made of keyword scout and posted on their forum long time ago.

I got the same problem as adamex1970 plus Google adwords competition not show any number therefore I stop using KS some time ago and just use normal adwords tool. Now that I move KS to new computer because the old one got crash and, I cannot login to KS. I am getting this message "Error in validating license: The remote name could not be resolved: 'keywordscout.com'". Please advise how should I do. If my license need a reset. I already sent you a pm. Thanks!
