Hi, im going to create Facebook accounts for advertisment vouchers and adword accounts. i think i probably want to change my IP. so what is the best methos?

Web Proxy or Proxy Software?
and if Software, what is the best Free Proxy Software?

It does not change my ip, when i check my ip at Showmyip.com it has not changed. why?
