Registering a company name.

I'm starting a new online business and I am considering registering a company name.

Is there benefits in terms of tax, do tax rate usually lower for companies vs individuals.

What are your thoughts about registering a company/business name.

Also I have a question, is it necessary to do accounting if you have a company, ofcourse you will let an accountant do that, but what if you do soft blackhat, and there is lots of payments to record, I often get payment from affiliate companies and I don't even know which company paid me, do I need to keep track of everything or what, or I can simply just make my money and pay what they ask for.
