I noticed all of the leads come from the same IP address. Is there a way to stop this?

That got me banned from a network and lost me $400.

I'm sorry to hear you got your account banned but I'm afraid this doesn't (and physically can't) have anything to do with CLP. The only way for this to happen would be if CLP acted as a proxy, which it doesn't. CLP only provides the front-end JavaScript that your users see - once your users click on an offer link they go to the offer directly.

I'd suggest you to look into your traffic sources and make sure they're legit (especially if you're using paid traffic, as there are a lot of traffic providers out there that send bot traffic originating from only one IP).

If you want to discuss further our team would be glad to help but for this I'd like to ask you to open a support ticket at http://contentlockpro.com/support/ as we're trying to keep this thread for pre-sale questions only.

Thanks,
Bryan

Hello, I've ordered your content locker, when i've tried the first time, paypal says me " Offer no longer available" or sometings like this. So i've tried a second time with no problems, but when i've checked my email, i've seen 2 order completed ! Could I have a refund ? My id are "HF2NWPE" and " 7ZJ3FEFQ".

Thanks for your answer,

Hi there,

Thanks for your order and apologies for the technical glitch - hopefully it was a one-time thing as we haven't had reports of something like this happening before!

I'll take a look at your orders in a moment and get the second one refunded for you.

Cheers,
Bryan

Yes and yes.

Tracking - this is exactly what differentiates CLP from most other solutions. CLP supports postback so the content unlocks only if the offer is actually completed. Most other content locking solutions work on a timer, so the page gets unlocked even if the offer actually isn't completed. With that said, for those who do prefer the timer option CLP can do that as well - it's a setting that can be switched on/off.

Showing offers by country - this is also in CLP's core functionality. You can define specific offers for specific countries, for country groups, as well as add international offers that everybody can see.

Hope this helps.
Bryan
