Buying old domains with pagerank?

Does anyone here buy old domains with pagerank? Do they usually keep the PR afterwards? And where to buy these domains?

(I have found a site selling exactly this type of domains but most of the domains are also on sale at sedo and at a very different price. I wouldn't be surprised if the site isn't quite legit.)
