You'd definitely have buyers for your sites, make a BST!
 
I suggest you keep running them, unless you have a big problem with getting delayed income.
 
3-4 sites/month averaging ~$500+/site equates to ~$10,000/month if you were to construct 4 sites/month for 5 months. I would say $10,000/month automated income is something to hold onto.

However, if you were to construct 4 sites/month..have a track record of $500+ each month with each site, you could sell each website for $5,000+. That's potentially $20,000/month.

Both options look pretty good.
 
Start a BST and hire trusted people to make sites with you since you can only make 3-4 alone. They can sell for at least $5,000. Flippa is also another option.
 
First 90 days will be a killer, but for the next 90 days you should have enough money to get by, and if you struggle that will motivate you to push harder.
 
I would keep the sites that are making you nice passive income since waiting for money is easy. If you start selling sites you need to consider the traffic source you are using. Traffic is key to the buyer's earnings. Anyone can create an Amazon site these days with all of the available plugins and services, but I don't see many, if any, providing the traffic. If you are going to provide continual traffic to the sites you sell, then you could fetch $5k+. If not, then I wouldn't pay more than $200-$500 (max) per site.
 
While net 90 sucks you only have to wait one time, after that you get steady checks each month assuming your traffic/sales are consistent.

I don't want to be rude, but what if this was his backhanded tactic at sales. Say he is sick of a wait time and get everyone drooling with some figures so they are good and ready to bend over? Just a thought, I'm sorry it so negative.
 
Even if you decide to sell them, you need at least a few months of revenue proof so you need to wait in any of the cases :)
 
I dont see the problem with 90 days payout, it only matters for the first check, after that it will come monthly . whats the big deal in it?

say for example u get the payment of january on april, so waiting time is 3 months
then u get february payment in may , so its only one month after ur last payment , it will come like a salary , i dont see a big issue with this 90 days, if u make 5k a month then no issues at all for the wait
