People shitting on Scrapebox LOL.... the blog commenting feature is its LEAST useful functionality. I use it on a daily basis to organize urls, check proxy status, generate html files, check indexing of links, create RSS feeds, analyze blogs, check for malware, etc etc etc... Scrapebox is THE SEO TOOL.

I will never call Scrapebox the best SEO software in 2013. Yes, I agree that Scapebox has many functions and is quite useful. However, I can only call Scrapebox a useful supporting tool for SEO. It only supports SEO activities and is definitely NOT the best SEO software in 2013.

The best SEO software is a software that can perform some great SEO functions and rank a website for certain desired keywords on its own with minimal manual work.

So, when OP ask for the best SEO software in 2013, my vote will go for GSA Search Engine Ranker and Magic Submitter/SenukeXCr/Ultimate Demon.

Really? Because SEO is just creating backlinks? Don't get me wrong I own all the tools you just listed and use them daily, but I will say that for price, functionality, stability, easy of use it trumps all of the above :) And it's been out for several years now. If you ask me what's the one piece of software every person engaged in SEO needs to have.... Yes Scrapebox. Just where are you going to find all those sites for GSA/UD/etc to submit to? Yes, Scrapebox.... I stand by my verdict.

I am not saying that Scrapebox is useless nowadays. It is just that many of us will not try to rank our websites with just Scrapebox alone. We use Scrapebox merely as a supporting tool for other SEO software.

Not only that, many of us do have some success ranking our websites with either GSA Search Engine Ranker or Magic Submitter alone.

This is like a never ending debate to which software or tool is the best. It's like debating on iPhone vs Android. They still let you make phone calls and text messages but their marketing gives you all the fake perception that screws your mind up.
 
Actually... Every one has his technique for seo.. So all tools are great and you gotta need to set your plan. Tools doesn't teach you seo. It's called a tool. You are the User. You are the one who makes the tool does its job.

So, You have first to set up your seo plan then the right question you will be asking will be like :-

1 - what is the best program for building web2.0 profiles.. getting high pr ranks backlinks .......etc

and you will find a helpful answer :)
 
Best tool ever is scrapebox, not because for posting mass comments. It is really handful to many other things like PR checking, indexing and big important scraping the url's.

These days, we need to focus more on quality backlinks. So, careful handling between manual and automated works will work best.
